Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express with full insurance. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on destination. All pieces are shipped in our signature packaging with GIA/IGI certificates included.

Absolutely. Our bespoke design service starts with a WhatsApp consultation or showroom visit. We'll discuss your vision, provide a CAD rendering within 3 business days, and craft your piece once you approve the design. The entire process takes 2–4 weeks.

All loose diamonds above 0.30 carats come with GIA or IGI certification. The certificate verifies the diamond's 4Cs (cut, colour, clarity, carat) and is a guarantee of the stone's quality. You can verify any certificate on the GIA website using the report number.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy on standard catalogue pieces (unworn, with original packaging and certificate). Custom-designed pieces are non-refundable but we'll work with you if there are any quality concerns. All repairs and adjustments are covered under our lifetime service guarantee.

We provide a complimentary ring sizing service at our showroom. If you're ordering remotely, WhatsApp us and we'll guide you through measuring at home. Every ring purchase includes one free resizing within 30 days, and we offer lifetime resizing for a small fee.

Yes. We provide independent valuation certificates for insurance purposes, and we do consider buyback or part-exchange on certified diamond pieces purchased from PATTERN. Please book an appointment via WhatsApp for a valuation consultation.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), bank transfer, cash at our showroom, and we offer 0% instalment plans via Tabby and Tamara for purchases over AED 1,000. Cryptocurrency payments are available for orders over AED 10,000.
